Do you always complain of feeling (even for a bit) tired and/or drowsy every day? Can’t quite cover up those dreary under-eye circles with concealers anymore? Having problems remembering things? If you’re experiencing any of these day in and day out, then you’re probably not getting enough sleep. Nope, I’m not talking about naps, siestas, and power naps. I’m talking about hitting the sack and actually slumbering in your bed for at least eight hours every night.
K-pop, K-drama, K-fashion—it seems like everything “K” is taking over the world by storm. And in the middle of these world invasion? Love them! Still a bit too nippy for you? I think light parkas should do the trick!
