As you all know, we are in the midst of the so-called “awards season” here in the US. And after that memorable Golden Globes Awards, you know that the next ones would even be more exciting. That’s why I just can’t wait for the Grammy’s, Emmy’s, and, last but not least, the Oscars. But of course, before we get to the grand finale, there’s still something to look forward to in the next couple of hours—the SAG Awards.
It’s common knowledge that most people hate Mondays. Ever wonder why? Some people said that hating Mondays is practically equivalent to hating your job but I beg to disagree. I, myself, hate Mondays; and it’s not because I hate my job or I dread going to work. One of the reasons, I think, is because Mondays symbolizes the end of the weekend—which as we all know, everybody loves. Another very plausible reason why we hate Mondays is because we can’t seem to get our workwear going for us on Monday mornings, right? And because of that, we end up with the same boring pieces we always wear on the start of every week.
I’m sure we can all agree that every girl (or woman, whichever you prefer) should own at least one dress. But let me get this straight, it doesn’t mean that owning just a single dress is A-okay though. That’s because a girl or a woman’s wardrobe will never be complete with only one dress in their closets. With so many types and styles of dresses for so many purposes, owning a single one just wouldn’t cut it, right? It’s like you’re saying that it’s okay to own just one pants. Where’s the fun in that? That’s why in this post, I’m going to be listing down all the essential dresses every girl should own. Are you ready with your pen and paper? Here goes:
Hello there. How’s everyone doing? As for me, I was a bit under the weather these past few days. What with the freezing temp we had to endure the past weeks, I’m sure a lot has already been sick like I was. Good thing I have many knitwear in my closet to keep me company during my ordeal. LOL! Anyways, I’m fine now and I hope you are too.
Yes, I love knitwear. I’m sure many would agree with me on this but it’s mainly because for me, they’re the ultimate winter wear. Even if you’re not a fashionista, I’m sure you’ll appreciate what knitwear can do for you. Because aside from their visual appeal, knits are really popular for their comfort. Especially if you go for those extra soft fabrics like wool and cashmere, they really feel good on our skin. And when it’s cold, knitwear provide us with plenty of warmth, making it a favorite during fall and winter.
